Rosa Apartment is a small nice house of approximately 30 square meters (322 square feet), sleeps two, with a window with a great view of the sea. It is located in the center of Sant’Agnello (see photo n° 7 – 1 km (0.6 mile) from Sorrento center - and near the main square of Sant’Agnello (Municipio square), on the forth floor of a five-storied building (with elevator) - see the photo n° 1, near the train station. The ideal location of this apartment near the train station enables its guests to reach easily the other places of the area such as Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum and so on. At the same time Rosa apartment is not so far from the road which takes to Pompeii, Naples etc. This dwelling has been renewed in the year 2004.

It is approximately 1 km (0.6 mile) from the beach.

Rosa apartment is composed of an entrance, a dining-room where there is a table with chairs and a double bed, a bathroom. The interiors are pleasant and welcoming.

All pieces of furniture are very modern and new.

You will enter the apartment through a short corridor 2), and on the right, as You can see on the image, there is a very capacious built-in wardrobe

Beyond the corridor You will find a cute dining-room . On the right there is a modern kitchen equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, a refrigerator with a freezer . Close to the kitchen, on the same side, there is a modern dining-table with chairs and the TV Colour . These pieces of furniture are really modern and beautiful.

In front of You, there is a wide window with a spectacular sea-view.

On the left You can find a double bed for two people . On the left of the bed You can enter the small but very elegant bathroom with a shower .

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. Pets are welcome.

You will not need a car to stay at Rosa Apartment: the bus stop and the Circumvesuviana train station are close by.

At approximately 500 meters (546 yards), You can reach Piano di Sorrento where, on the first Saturday of any month, in "Piazza del Mercato", a fair of the antiques is arranged. Besides, on Monday every week in the same place they arrange the local street market where You can find anything for very good prices.

And if You love popular feasts, at Meta (1 km away – 0.62 mile - from Rosa apartment) at the end of August/beginning of September, You can see the celebrations for the “Madonna del Lauro”. The celebrations include a picturesque commemoration, with medieval historical costumes, of the assault of the Saracen pirates to the beach of Alimuri.

If You rent this dwelling, 1 km away (0.62 mile) we suggest You also to visit the small but absolutely breath-taking public garden "Villa Comunale" of Sant’Agnello (free entrance) from where You can admire the beautiful gulf of Naples with its symbol Vesuvius.

The nearest beach is Marinella which is 1 km (0.62 mile) away from Rosa apartment. It is a sandy beach, and the sea is shallow close to the shore, which makes it safe for children to swim. At the beach You will find facilities with umbrellas and beach chairs, as well as bars and restaurants.

Rosa Apartment is in the center of Sant’Agnello, and close by You will find shops and restaurants. The center of Sorrento is approximately at 2 km (1.2 miles) from the house.

Rosa apartment is a great place to enjoy the sun, the beach and the sea, as well as a great starting point to visit the coast of Sorrento and the characteristic artisans' shops, as well as attend the many cultural and artistic happenings that take place throughout the year. For those who enjoy the night life of the coast there is plenty to do: piano bars, night clubs, disco and restaurants all around.

From Sorrento You will be able to board a ferry to Capri, as well as to the other islands of the gulf of Naples, to Naples itself, Amalfi, Positano and the other villages of the coast of Amalfi. You will also be able to easily reach the coast of Amalfi by car or bus.

To reach Positano, for instance, it only takes half an hour along a road that shows breathtaking views of one of the world's most beautiful landscapes at every curve. From Sant’Agnello, You will also reach the excavations of Pompeii in half an hour by car, or otherwise catching a local Circumvesuviana train. Caserta and its beautiful Royal Palace are also quickly reached.

A curiosity: it is very interesting to go to the local feast for the celebration of Saint Biagio, the protector of the throat: it takes place in front of the Saint Biagio church which 50 meters (54 yards) away from Rosa apartment.
