HOW MUCH IS THIS TOUR FROM NAPLES?
Adults pay 70 Euro, Children 6-17 years pay 50 Euro, and Children 5 & under go free! Large group discounts may be arranged. Please inquire!

Note: Children (6-17 years) will be granted free admission at the ticket office of Pompeii only on showing their photo ID cards. Otherwise they must pay € 11 for the admission to Pompeii ruins.

HOW CAN WE BOOK THIS TOUR?
It is sufficient to send Tredy Sas a deposit of 50% of the tour cost per person: € 35 (adult) and € 25 (child) by bank transfer, postal order or other payment method at the beginning of the visit, then you can pay the remaining amount (€ 35 per adult and € 25 per child) directly to the local guide on the bus.

DO WE HAVE TO BOOK THIS SHORE EXCURSION IN ADVANCE?
It is advisable to book well in advance to give us the opportunity to provide a better service. The reservation of one or more of our tours is considered valid only after the payment of each deposit. The deposit to Tredy Sas, can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

After that, we shall charge the down payment directly to your card (we add an additional Credit Card Surcharge of 4% of the booking fee).

When you send us the copy of Your bank transfer order by fax on ++39(0)81-19731942 or by e-mail (info@tredy.it), you have reserved your tour. When you book, you should also provide your phone number and your e-mail address. After that, we will send you the confirmation with all the details at e-mail address you have provided.

WHERE DO WE MEET THE GUIDE IN NAPLES?
Your tour guides will wait for you outside the main terminal exit in the port of Naples from 8:30-9:00 with the sign "TREDY". The bus will depart promptly at 9.00 am.

WHAT TIME DO WE LEAVE AND RETURN?
The bus, waiting for us near the main terminal exit in the port of Naples, will leave at 9:00am and will return to your ship at the latest by 5.00pm.

REFUNDS ON UNUSED SERVICES:
Our Tours are sold as a package and therefore we cannot refund a guest for services that he/she has decided not to use. Most of the tours will operate rain or shine, so be prepared for all weather conditions. If for any reason your cruise ship cannot dock in the port where our tour starts from, your down payment will be reimbursed immediately.

CANCELLATION BY TREDY COMPANY:
If the tour cannot take place because of circumstances beyond our control, guests will be completely reimbursed or Tredy Company will provide the guest with an alternative tour, chosen by mutual consent.
